Lo que este monstruo tiene de pequeño –es la criatura de menor tamaño en este bestiario- lo tiene de peligroso. Y es que una picada de este insecto volador puede llegar a ser mortal para el ser humano. Los primeros síntomas son un agudizamiento del sentido de la visión, pasando luego por un estado de alucinación hasta que finalmente llega la muerte por exceso de felicidad. El único antídoto contra el veneno del Tati-Tati, es tener a mano un perro salchicha, cuyas heces emanan una sustancia que adormece a este letal bicharraco.

This monster, the smallest specimen in the bestiary, is as tiny as it is fierce. For only one bite from this flying insect can prove to be lethal to a human being. The first symptoms are acute vision, then, a hallucination stage until, finally, death by extreme happiness. The only antidote to the Tati-Tati’s venom is the nearby presence of a dachshund for its feces expel a substance that numbs this lethal pest.

Diseñadora teatral de la Universidad de Chile. Ha desarrollado su carrera tanto en las artes escénicas como en el mundo audiovisual, con cineastas como Valeria Sarmiento y Ricardo Larraín. En teatro, ha colaborado con los directores Alfredo Castro, Rodrigo Pérez y Luis Ureta, entre otros. También ha desarrollado gran parte de su carrera diseñando para montajes de danza de diversos grupos nacionales que han estrenado en Chile y el extranjero.

Stage Design graduate from the Universidad de Chile. She has developed her career in the performing arts and the audio visual world, working with filmmakers like Valeria Sarmiento and Ricardo Larraín. In the theatre, she has collaborated with the directors such as Alfredo Castro, Rodrigo Pérez and Luis Ureta. She has also dedicated a large part of her career to designing for dance, working with groups opening shows in Chile and abroad.
